I think your missing the point about Dana. There is so much story with her - using her metaphorically and also as a real character. Reducing her to a teenager who lives only for her boyfriend is missing the bigger picture /pictures.

I adore Dana and her place in the Homeland universe. I love her scenes, especially the ones with her Mom. ( who is doing some pretty fine acting as well)

Think your missing the point about Juarez(not that the Bridge made the point very well). My husband started to blab about the higher death rate in Chicago; saw there was a NPR piece similar vein and rolled my eyes on all.

Too hard for me to explain with limited iPad editing capabilities but the Tom Hanks commercial that followed the ending of The Bridge was also offensive. That is all!

Really offensive: turning over a girl who'se been beaten, raped and, what did Marco say - "who knows what else?"- to Linder, like she was a prize pretty trussed up pig. What a great guy to take care of a traumatized rape victim!

I'm not going to watch this show and Happy Endings was wonderful from the get-go. (OK, they didn't start with the pilot but shows #2,3,4,5,etc. were just heaven. How did that show get cancelled and so much crap remain?)

It's called adolescence. The sexual feelings of a girl at 13 can be very different than a girl of 11. It depends on a lot of things, like how much "sexy" hormones are being dumped into the blood system and how fast the brain in question is developing .
