Well with Rob Thomas I guess it is kind of no risk with a 90210 update. If it sucks then it will get canceled quickly. If its good it will last a bit longer but no one will watch it and it will get canceled. Hopefully Cupid 2.0 will somehow avoid that Rob Thomas cycle.

Seriously? Cupid was a great series for the brief time it was on. Better than Veronica Mars. Probably in the top 5 of my favorite American tv shows.

Yeah, Royal Tenenbaums is all about song and scene connection. I second the "This is the End" one as well. It really is the most perfect illustration of Apocalypse Now's message and tone and the movie never reaches that peak of clarity again

The Prisoner is one of the greatest tv shows of all time, but who knows if it will turn out any good here. The movie idea died and revived so many times I will believe it when i see it.

now that you mention it, I actually had gotten the last issue of AMERICAN SECRETS in a random comic bin when I was like 14. It seemed interesting, but hard to follow as one would expect reading only a last issue. Will have to track down the rest of the series I guess.
