That was a huge deal.  I didn't buy a lot of VHS tapes — I was reading about DVD technology and expected I'd start building my movie library once that came out — but I bought that E.T. VHS tape.  Came out YEARS after it debuted in theaters.

Agreed.  I like how he tried to disappear into different characters — but he's at the mercy of the writing.  I think the review pins too much responsibility on Craig for the writing of this episode.
