One thing I thought was that the guy set on fire had the best chance at survival.  Some of those shanked guys might've bled out for a while before someone found them.  How long could that fire rage before guards rush in and hose him down?  He'd be in a living hell but he might be able to survive.

I agree that Hank's not going to immediately show his cards.  The same way he played nice with Gus when he was investigating him.  He's not going to make a big move until he knows he's got Walt.  And even then, this is way more loaded than him taking down Jesse or Gus or Mike.  He's got to appreciate how taking down
