@ Penguin: My little name is Bongo.

Western games..
The only other "western" video game I played was for the PC. It was called "dust: a tale of the wired west". It blew, but it had the benefit of my Dad being one of the actors/the narrator. It really doesn't hold up.

If only.

Damon..
Had the pilot thing down. Most Pilots want to talk about being a pilot. There's an airline industry joke that goes: " Q:how do you know the guy at the bar is a pilot? A: He'll tell you."

I enjoy it..
the neatest thing in shows from this period isn't really the plots so much as the background.. the costumes, the sets, the location shots.. even the cars and the hairstyles. I'm sucker for stuff like this, and I guess I'll have to pick it up.

@scoop, I have done the same thing. Well, I've done both. I've been too blitzed to sing it, and so pissed off about someone else singing it that I've had to step up to help.

Disco suit?
I think Raj was dressed in a Miami Vice linen suit.

Sheeesh…
I'm pretty forgiving of family guy's more out there jokes, but it seems like he goes to the well of being shocking for shocking's sake a little too often. I was amazed that there were no rape jokes tonight, so that was good.. But that Vietnam Wall joke was in supremely poor taste. I could have forgiven that

off topic, but hey
no where else to post this but, CHUCK IS RENEWED! looks like all of my animal sacrifices have paid off. http://abcnews.go.com/Enter…

I worked for both blockbuster and hollywood back in the mid 90's. I think I made it to lead CSR.. (a kind of management position where you had all of the responsibility and none of the pay). In fact, blockbuster was my last real job before I started my career.

Damn Telethons.
Well, I missed the entirety of the lineup tonight, because my NBC affiliate was running a telethon for Nashville. I know I shouldn't be pissed, but damn.

blah.
For the love of god, don't let the Manatees at family guy see this. There's enough material for 40 or 50 cutaways!

@captain napalm … yes.

Yeah, in ME2 there was the whole uncanny valley thing going on, but damn.. That voice… and the game got her teeth right, so… I'll be in my bunk.

I love this show.
I do. I love it. It's like really good cheese.

Ke$ha
I'll defend that opener. I thought it worked. Besides, this is not the only time the show has used 'of the moment' pop songs. Ignoring the 'Bartman' music video, Wasn't there an episode fairly early in the run that had Lisa listening to Richard Marx?

So… Oklahoma on a jet? I'd watch that.

Looney tunes!
Okay, so I saw Droopy Dog, Elmer Fudd, Pete Puma, Porky Pig, and the young buzzard.. I assume Nathan and Mimsy were Pinky and the Brain?

Well, I'll buck the trend and say I really enjoyed this episode. Suck it hipsters! Seriously, though. Have any of you actually met an Israeli tour guide before? If anything, that was an understated portrayal. Also, Yael Naim!
