I agree with you completely. I'm surprised so many people liked the fairyback this episode as it felt more like a Snow vs Regina retread than introducing anything interesting about a new character. Hopefully we'll see Ariel better used next week when she swims for Storybrook.

Really? Because this episode made me want to punch Will in the face. Team Florrick/Agos all the way!

Ugh, the Daniel-Charlotte-Sarah storyline … No matter what storyline Charlotte is in, I find her so irritating that it renders it unenjoyable. Other than that, I enjoyed this episode. It was good seeing Emily try and be vulnerable and I'm hoping their little evening together renders Jack more likeable again.

Don't forget Ringer.

I keep expecting her to be her Secret Circle character, and then am disappointed when she is bland.

A D+ may have been a little unduly harsh, but not by much. I would have given this episode a C-. This show needs to figure out more dynamic ways to deliver exposition. I agree that this is all good information for the viewer to know and casts a lot of light on some of the politics swirling around New Orleans, but

I am intrigued by Robin and Regina as well - I'm looking forward to seeing where they take that story.

I don't know - I think she feels something for him, but she obviously also has a pull towards Jack. I think seeing Jack kiss Margaux pushed her in Aiden's direction, but I think there was something there.

Emma and Hook have awesome chemistry - much better than her chemistry with Neal. Why must Neal be her "true love"? Because regardless of how interesting this love triangle could be, the dogma of this show dictates that Emma will end up with snoozefest Neal rather than Hook, which robs the story of much of its dramatic

Man, at least if Charlotte tried to kill Conrad, she'd be interesting. It's a toss up whether she or Jack is more irritating.

Again I will say - how can this show be on the bubble? HOW? That clip package at the end really has me fired up for the rest of this season.

Yes! I was so excited to see him show up! I'd been hoping he'd end up at Florrick/Agos ever since Cary first brought up the idea of starting his own firm.

Oh, I don't think they're going to Hawaii. The hot ethics lady is still around at the governor's house, remember.

Yes, me too! I haven't been this tense through an hour of network television in …. never.

This was an okay season opener - not bad, but not as awesome as it could be.

I assumed that he is showing that she doesn't have to fear losing her virtue because her will make sure she has a good marriage regardless.

The last couple episodes of season 1 are the set up for this season but you probably don't need to watch the whole back end.

I'm so glad you said that! I did not like this episode at all. Yes, it had some laughs, but at its core it seemed to be about Mindy having to compromise everything she wants for the men in her office. Why not a gazebo and a basketball hoop?

I have all of the episodes of this series on my DVR right now and haven't watched any of them. I've been seeing low grades on a weekly basis. To watch, or not to watch?

I agree that in some ways, having Emily end alone would be most appropriate, her having sacrificed everything for the sake of revenge. But this is a night-time soap at its core and I think we will get some kind of happy-ish ending for Emily Thorne.
