when i watched it, my older brother and i watched it silent with french subtitles. we proceeded to read every subtitle phonetically. it was a blast.

jean ritchie is probably the most prominent member of a small subset of folk singers and singer/songwriters i love that have high, light voices, like bridget st. john, shelagh mcdonald, and the queen of them all, vashti bunyan. i just melt into sheer dreamy love at the sound of it.
eh, i can just take that list of ingredients and wing it. i won't say i'm good at cooking, but i'm pretty good at making things i like to eat for myself.
i can't eat spicy foods 'cause i got interstitial cystitis, so i've no idea how the spicy black bean burger tasted. but the tomato basil ones still have some flavor to 'em, last i checked.
