maybe i've missed your mentioning it elsewhere. are you a big discworld fan or is this one of your first, or…?

the animation is about 90% of why i dislike them so much.

finding nemo. as far as i can tell, it's about poison.

when i watched it, my older brother and i watched it silent with french subtitles. we proceeded to read every subtitle phonetically. it was a blast.

i'd seen 7 of them, of which i whole-heartedly liked exactly none. i tolerated most of them, though!

just gotta remember to grab the ingredients soon.

jean ritchie is probably the most prominent member of a small subset of folk singers and singer/songwriters i love that have high, light voices, like bridget st. john, shelagh mcdonald, and the queen of them all, vashti bunyan. i just melt into sheer dreamy love at the sound of it.

eh, i can just take that list of ingredients and wing it. i won't say i'm good at cooking, but i'm pretty good at making things i like to eat for myself.

i can't eat spicy foods 'cause i got interstitial cystitis, so i've no idea how the spicy black bean burger tasted. but the tomato basil ones still have some flavor to 'em, last i checked.

mock duck, tofurkey, and fake chicken are all pretty good independently!

i've never had one either, of course, but i saw a recipe for a vegetarian version the other day. i need to try it out sometime.

that's all i ask.

it's not some crazy joke that chicken flavored everything exists. it's an actual flavor, i swear it to you.

no turducken?

do you at least read poetry and pet cats?

i know i haven't had chicken in 15 years, but it definitely has a mild but distinct savory flavor.

since it's in the dead of summer, do you use a palm tree and are your santa hat's temperature appropriate?

good to have a day off, though?

i'm pleased to say i also don't believe you're my son.

i can't tell if your "so, that's fun" was sarcastic or not.
