AnCo has been on a pretty good streak lately including solo albums, but I'm a bit concerned about this new one, having heard a lot of it live and also judging by the singles they released.  I'll remain cautiously pessimistic.

Ah, yes!  People who grew up in the 90s were fortunate to be a part of the first generation who could honestly say that the music was better back in their day.

I live in DC too and I've seen him around 5 or so times in the past five years.  He played in Baltimore last November, and in D.C. at Warner Theater in 2010, and I believe he played there in 2009 and/or 2008 too.  The first time I saw him was at the D.C. Improv in 2007.
