Mostly I'm just gloating about having seen a sneak preview of True Grit on Tuesday night, but I'm also really glad young Hailee got a nod for the entertaining spitfire performance she gave. Predictably Bridges and Damon were great too, but the movie itself was slightly disappointing.

Did anyone else see Black Swan in a theater full of people who thought it was a comedy? I saw it in DC on Friday and a lot of people were laughing at largely inappropriate times. Reminded me why I never go out to the movies.
