"She-Wolf of London"
That's why I love this Mitchell and Webb sketch so much….
I have to ask….
At least we haven't outsourced Captain America yet.
That was also one of the great things about "Law and Order: Original Recipe", too. They filmed in New York and pulled actors from the great pool of talent that is Broadway. Although they, also, eventually cast a Brit in one of the leads…..
They faced that issue with Tim Roth in "Lie To Me'. The network wanted him to play it with an American accent, but the producers and the director told him to play it with his normal cadence. The performance was much better and more natural that way. Roth has done a decent American accent in the past, but biting…
Hey, Brandford Bee. I'm planning a run for Literature Mayor - what were your campaign expenses like?
I'm just sooooo relieved to know that hair care products will not be in short supply in a post-apocalyptic world! Apparently Garnier and L'Oreal have managed to keep their factories operational with a canny combination of donkeys on treadmills and slave labor.

"Wheel of Time"! I'd long since wiped that train-wreck of a series out of my mind, but, Cheebus, I grew to loathe every character in those books. Maybe Jordan intended the constant repetitiveness of the characters' actions and their refusal to learn anything as some kind of metaphor for the repeating cycles of…
