No exaggeration, I've probably listened to Blond(e) 100 times. Every time I get to "Futura Free," I start crying hysterically. It's such a climactic, beautiful end to a wonderfully personal, honest, introspective album.

Absolutely and completely agree. Hillary has always flip-flopped on issues and I've never trusted her stances on the BLM movement or racial equality in general. I believe the video you linked is extremely telling and how she leads by 40+ points for the black vote over Bernie Sanders is a mystery.
The opening scene with the interviews from real Columbine teachers was extremely moving and profoundly affecting. I knew then that the episode would be exceptional and I was not wrong. Strongest episode of the series, IMO.
I remember even feeling that while watching him deliver his victory speech that monumental night he won back in '08. Pilot was right - it's a sentiment and fear I've always felt, just never knew how to articulate. Also, the writing was handled with such depth and complexity. I'm nervous to see the inevitable backlash…
Man that speech about the Obamas walking out of the limo and the fear that the hope would be snatched from right under us was exceptional and too real. Stellar piece of acting from Anthony Anderson and a serious, serious case for an Emmy this year. Phenomenal.
Fantastic episode. I loved the introduction of Jesus and the progression of Michonne and Rick's relationship was beautifully handled.
Absolutet love this review and the grade it so rightfully received. TLOP is a masterpiece in every sense of the word.
I've listened to the album 10 times and dissected it as much as I can, and I'm comfortable saying it's a fantastic album. Kanye has outdone himself yet again. The reception to TLOP reminds me of when Yeezus and 808s first came out. Both were critized at first and now both are regarded as classics. We'll see how TLOP…
This is the most negative review I've seen and that's saying something.
I've been saying for years, Ethan Hawke is one of the greatest working actors. His performance in Before Sunrise is one of my all time favorites.
Yes, I'm aware of that. Our letter grades are irrelevant, though. It's more her individual criticisms that I disagree with. I think Carloine wrote up a great review and I love her work. I should have said, "I disagree with certain aspects of this review." Excuse me, I apologize. And I mean that in all sincerity.
I disagree with this review, I felt the ensemble was absolutely phenomenal and stand outs for me were: Vanessa Hudgens (kudos on delivering a show stopping performance that would make your father proud), Jordan Fischer, and Keke Palmer. Aaron Tveit was perfectly serviceable as Danny and though most of Julianne Hough's…
The last ten minutes of this episode were amongst the most exhilirating I've ever seen. And that's including the final minutes of Breaking Bad's, "Face Off" and "Ozymandias."
I'm sorry, but how did this get an A-minus??
Alex could die for all I care. I know that's harsh… BUT sheesh, I don't care.
How did that shampoo session manage to be sensual, erotic, and terrifying all at once?
I have to say that this episode was a perfect example of the flashbacks at their worst. Sometimes flashbacks are a disservice to characters and I think this episode epitomizes that. Part of what made Chang interesting (not that she was that interesting to begin with, she was more-or-less a colorful supporting…
I completely agree. I understand her role in the series and why she remains the sort of central figure of the show, and her relationships with the other inmates on the show specifically when it comes to race are compelling in their own right, but goddamn, Piper is the least interesting character on this show. There is…
This episode had one of the most gut-wrenching moments OITNB has ever produced, that being the Taystee-Suzanne scene. I was soaking in a puddle of my tears when Taystee broke down. Phenomenal acting all across the board. Uzo Aduba and Danielle Brooks are revelations.
Somewhat of a spolier (?) but their friendship continues to grow as the season progresses and it's probably my favorite pairing on the show thus far.
