I'm really sorry for asking such a basic question. If Mike told Carrie he's killed Tom Walker and Carrie knows that Tom Walker is still alive then how come she doesn't suspect Mike of lying? Does this mean Tom walked out of the grave that Mike dug for him and Mike doesn't know about this? Again, I'm sure I've missed…
