Trump. The two-party system, gerrymandering and idiotic exclusion politics (making it hard, expensive and or impossible to have people vote in the US) means that, were he the republican candidate, Trump would have a chance to be president with a republican house and senate.
Nations that value democracy a bit more give

It's been known for many years that being at work and working are two different things. Americans may work 50 hour weeks if you count when they arrive and leave work but they were less productive than Germans who worked 36 hours per week. The long days simply mean people find things to do at their jobs that is not

So much negativity for this magnificently pulpy Idris Elba vehicle. I can't wait!

For me it was Brick finding a baby picture, turning to Frankie: "is this me?" "Sure..". Especially after Mike saying that you only need one baby picture because they're all pretty much the same.

Yay!

I liked it when he turned to little Genesis after the piccolo thing and said something along the lines of: See, you can do anything. I'm gonna need you to walk soon though.
His delivery was well above acting-rapper good.

RHCP always sound like a band of actors playing the role of a cool band in an Aaron Spelling production, so your friend was way wrong. EMF, however, rock Search and Destroy: https://vimeo.com/27100115

Amsterdam looks like a village. A German village. They threw in a Dutch flag, got some Germans to ride bicycles poorly and put some non existent licences plates on the parked cars. Oh, and a Dutch street name: Tolstraat. That's a street in Amsterdam but it looks nothing at all like the sheet shown in this episode.

That holds for all tracks on Rank. Love that album. Wish there was a longer version out there so they can take my money again.

Golden Lights is a cover so if you don't like it all that much you can blame Twinkle for that.
Money Changes Everything later became The Right Stuff fo Bryan Ferry, so maybe his lyrics improve it for you?

This song blasting out of a club soundsystem? You will lose your damn mind.

Jimmy leaves Gretchen even more depressed with a, by now loaded, gun within arms reach. Made me fear for her. Then Jay Mascis starts up and I somehow worry more. And none of this made it into the review? Some reviewer was in total hurry to get this one out…

Try getting the audio books, totally worth it. Read by the man himself (naturally) they are fun as hell and made me feel I really got to know him. Also made me feel a little sad that he isn't in everything.
(Little shout out to my buddy Erik for introducing me to Make Love, The Bruce Campbell Way. You are missed.)

The latest Anthony Jeselnik?

I'm finally catching up with season 2 of Person of Interest and just yesterday I caught myself saying to the Mrs: Hey, that's character actress Margo Martindale!

The last shot was brutal, Aya Cash got me right in the gut. She's incredible.
I'm gonna say something uncool now but hang on please: Brendan Fraser's three episode arc on Scrubs was even more upsetting somehow. If that doesn't break your heart (too) you're wasting your time on cardio exercises.
In conclusion: You're

Always loved Willy DeVille's version: https://www.youtube.com/wat…
Getting his latin vibe on (maybe, as I just learned above, as a nod to Deep Purple?)

No! You're reading it wrong. Not next season means there's at least a third series in the offing!!

I love Jon Stewart but since both shows had aired by the time I got to watch them I felt I had to go with Larry first. Glad he had Mike Yard on, always good too.
Edit: Sorry Dikachu, it now seems like you're agreeing with me when you were agreeing with Son of Neckbeard.
