Don't forget Survival, that album is amazing. I always wonder what Bob would have made of Black Hitler simply destroying what should have been Africa's most prosperous country. (Zimbabwe was written especially for the country's independence and BMW performed there to celebrate it's independence)

The review is a bit harsh, but it does illustrate my problems with the film. The music seems to belong to an entirely different film and it suggests funny where there is none. I couldn't shake the notion that it was an extrapolation of the horrors of meat-eating. IMDB entry for director Antonia Bird ( former theatre

I thought Taub got a good one in with the "apart from the guy in the book depository the Kennedies had  a lovely trip to Dallas",

Nonayall got Shazam? ;) Without You by Rainbow Arabia

McBride really did a great job conveying his reluctance to give up the baby despite all his hollow bravado. Didn't think he had it in him, Kenny seems mostly a two-speed character but this was proof that he was really growing as a person.

Longpigs first album is almost wall to wall single quality songs The Sun Is Often Out is fantastic. Then came heroin, rehab, shitty second record and it was all over. Still, much much better than any of the bands in that same sentence.
Teenage Fanclub had nothing to do with britpop, their biggest moment was years

they really don't, they are rubbish. and they were doing their thing well before the britpop thing happened

Wonderstuff are fantastic but they were part of Grebo when they started, then went folksy (and got even better in the process). Some great live albums too but stay away from the rerecorded Hup,

Technically The Divine Comedy were Ir-pop if that were a thing (wasn't, won't ever) because the were Irish. Also, they always managed to underwhelm me (friends disagreed, reviews disagreed but dammit, I'm right)

So she's no longer into kaballah, our Esther? Back to her old catholic ways until the next rich people friendly hip "faith" comes along?

Based on the other comments so far I guess I must be an idiot for still liking this show. But I do like this show a lot. A couple of twists tonight that I didn't expect. When Hank had to change his shirt I was sure he would walk in on Kali with Becca's asshole boyfriend, but not at all. Nice surprise and still in

Loved this episode, from the awesome opening credits to the psych-out. Sure, you immediately make the baddy the second he is introduced, so what? It's Psych, not The Wire. It was funny as hell, maybe the funniest since they've been back.
They have a camp especially for boots?
You're gonna have to shoot this man 10

I laughed so hard at Gus getting his heart on. He's such a creep when he's being a player, but Dule Hill is just awesome. Shawn's accent under the end credits, too funny. The song he sings in the boat during the highlights. Favorite since they've been back.

Horses die. People die. Sometimes there's a direct link between an action and a death and we can find some measure of comfort or closure. Sometimes there's just a death.
PETA will always sound off about animal abuse but they are full of shit. They see any use of an animal as abuse. (See the episode of Bullshit on

The old adage: There's two kinds of people in the world, those who love Springsteen and those who don't yet know they love Springsteen. :)

I love Springsteen but I am surprised at the B+. All the talk of "his most experimental album to date" got me quite excited yet it sounds like a mashup of The Rising & The Seeger Sessions. Nothing too experimental, which would be fine if the album was good. Unfortunately it's only a little bit better than Working on a

Common misconception, Geishas are not prostitutes. The are entertainment first and foremost. But Kenny did look better made up as a geisha, so maybe there's another career lurking. Baseball is big in Japan, so maybe after Myrtle Beach there's the far east?

I could change the color of my eyes but it seems like a waste of voodoo  (best line, hands down)

Brick has very odd gaps in his knowledge. He's probably never seen a raindear, reigndeer, reinthingums before and then it's just two homonyms with no actual connection for him, So he tries a mnemonic and buckles under pressure. Of course that HAD to happen after Mike got cocky to the lady who does not the spelling god

Fun fact about (The) Loft, it was first made as a Belgians (Flemish) film in '08, then the Dutch decided it needed a Dutch remake in 2010 and now there will be a third, where Mr. Schoenaerts will reprise his role from the original film.
