I didn't love the plot of this one. Getting Phillip and Elizabeth into the Reagan shooting just seemed too…big for them. I could believe them screwing over a maid to get a bug into the secretary of defense's home, I guess, but something about these two people who are supposed to be playing completely average, normal

Yeah, it really is.

Someone on another board I frequent once said that "My Humps" is, simultaneously, by a wide margin the worst song in the history of the world and barely the worst thing the Black Eyed Peas ever produced. I still think that's right.

Shit, really? One of the most loathsome characters in the history of MST3Ked movies?

As a standalone episode, this was really good. As a stage-setter for a series…I can see this going either way.

I love the way this show uses Pete. He's not really a fully-integrated part of the gang, there's no attempt to say, "Here's this guy who's just as crazy as everyone else and a perfect fit for Penny!" And yet the writers have sort of avoided the temptation to turn him into the wary, vaguely disgusted audience

I recognize that the "Robin tries to seduce Barney" stretch in the middle of the episode was just an excuse to get Cobie Smoulders dressed up in obscenely hot outfits. I get that I should feel offended by the obvious attempt to play to my base instincts. I understand every bit of that.

I struggle sometimes evaluating episodes above and beyond isolated moments within them that I find particularly galling or particularly outstanding. It's not fair to judge an episode by its worst or its best moments; even the best writers craft clumsy lines. I've basically made peace with the idea that a truly

Does this mean someone else might get a bite at the prequel apple? Because the fall of Anakin Skywalker- that's the story I've always found most interesting. Do that well, please.
