I used to think Bayhem was mindless fun right up to the third Transformers movie. About that time I realized that these movies and Bay's technique really wasn't even that. It had ceased to enjoyable on any level.

I'm with Dr. J on this one. At this point everyone should know exactly what a Michael Bay film looks like just like there are reasonable expectations for a Spielberg film. There should be no surprise, no curiosity about how it turned out. After 4 Transformers films everyone should know exactly what to expect.

This movie made me smile for hours. In fact I'm still smiling three days later writing this line. I laughed an awful lot and the movie to its credit never takes itself to seriously without phoning it in.
