Pierce's last appearance was as a hologram, but Jeff wasn't in the bed.

I don't understand the infatuation that everyone seems to have with the Mornin Miami sketch. The punchline was so obviously going to be that they all had funny names.  Some of the promo line were clever but Bitch Fantastic can only improve a sketch so much.

Everyone on The Office said in late night tv interviews before the finale that Michael Scott wasn't in the episode. It wouldn't be unheard of for them to lie to protect the story.

Father Hubley in Everybody Loves Raymond, mainly for the episode where one of the kids writes a story about "The Angry Family"

David Wallace in The Office
