If Wonder Years finally got the DVD treatment, so will Frank's Place. Hopefully it won't take another 20 years.

I gotcha. Yeah, for the most part, these two films are all about the light hearted entertainment.
To quote Lana Kane, "Yup!"
Why do you say "somewhat mindless"? I briefly looked at a few seconds of Leprechaun 5 In Da Hood, and that's how I would describe that movie (with "somewhat" scratched out), but not The Best Man.
Exactly.
Nope, sorry.
So, I go out and get The Boondocks complete series set, and I see that included within is a Boondocks soundtrack. I allowed myself to hope but there was no "Dick Ridin Obama", no Jimmy Rebel, not much Thugnificient or Gangstalicious, none of the excellent incidental score, like the Red Ball theme or the Peanuts like…
The Boondocks Season 4 died on the way back to its' home planet.
"Freedomland" was definitely one of the better ideas of this season. I would've liked to have seen some of the other supporting characters involved somehow. I even think this could've been The Boondocks' version of South Park: Bigger, Longer, & Uncut.
I'm sold. It seems intriguing enough, and Jacky had a good presence in Inglourious Basterds.
I think that's why Tweety and Road Runner are basically untouchable; it's because their adversaries is pretty much all about eating them. I think if Sylvester and Wile E. Coyote engaged their foes in some other form of combat every once in a while, they would've been granted the occasional victory as Tom gets.
That's why it's such a surprise in Tiny Toon Adventures: How I Spent My Vacation when (SPOILER for 20+ year old cartoon movie) he gets his clocked cleaned in a hilariously abrupt manner.
That wolf obviously needs a spinoff, easing various folks into confrontations of one nature or another.
And "Megan Good" is Meagan Good. Mr. Hughes is really getting in the spirit of the satire, ain't he?
Danny, in his intro, is presented as the kind of bully I would've loved to have had: willingly to rationally discuss what he wants to do while presenting relatively reasonable options for your torment.
From his work in the Get Shorty sequel and Pain & Gain, I could see Rocky possibly getting nominated for something (Golden Globe, some critics award, maybe even an Oscar) due to his comedic skills. But I agree 2000% about a movie with "The Rock" doing his thing.
When Tina got on the bike and that Red Bull/Pharrell commericial came on immediately after, I fully expected to see Tina and Jonas spliced in when Pharrell talks about riding a motorcycle. I was laughing all through that commercial.
From what I hear, the deleted scenes take care of that nicely.
Yeah, especially with Steve Burton leaving GH, it looks like the Quartermaines could be done. But, as long as there's at least one character representing them (I'm talking about Tracy, but there's also Monica when she's around and Michael), then there's always hope the clan could be built back up. Dillon, Ned, Maya,…
