I think Jimmy Fallon is clearly having the most fun of anyone on TV right now, and I see no problem with that. If you listen to his interview on the Nerdist podcast (not hard-hitting journalism, I know) you'll learn that he's traditionally far more interested in impressions than stand-up or sketch comedy.
