Rev Smith (Ray McKinnon) was in episode 7 "Blind Spot". He played the button man sent from Miami that was writing a hit man's handbook. He was upset with Red, the spotter, for jumping the gun (so to speak) and was ultimately gunned down by the double-crossing Sheriff Hunter Mosley.
