Oh. He was pretty near the bottom when I got to the review.

This is a late reply but I read he writes some of the episodes, and the writers write a few as close to his style as possible.
Did you really skip pass all the fans of this episode to find the one person who hated it and say the show has no fans?
That's also overreacting.
I wont go as far as you, but I do think the joke went on too long, at the very least.
Better than the season premiere? Nah.
I actually feel the show can often get TOO hellbent on making Josh the most unlucky guy on the planet. That part at the end where she accept's the other guy's wish to never speak to Josh again almost got me angry.
I thought the humour in the scene is just "eww that's nasty" rather than any aversion to gay people
I liked the Hitler joke, but agree on everything else.
That's actually interesting. Even in the torture sequence, the humour was all the interaction between him and his mother rather than the physical pain. Physical humour really IS the show's last resort.
I thought the song was nice, especially the smallpox part. Agree that it wasnt singable as an anthem though. That annoyed me.
I realised that it pretty much had no resolution. Even more jarring than usual. Especially since the whole thing ended up being pointless on both fronts.
Knee jerk hate? On A Simpsons review? I totally didnt expect that
I dont see how it's different from the jokes aimed at literally every other group Simpsons has done over the years.
They do that a lot though, dont they?
It was interesting. I'd wanna see it more often before I know for sure if I really like it or not. I did feel that the song felt odd coming in the middle.
Well of course it was better than that. Still, literally anywhere else, a B- would be considered good.
You really overreact about everything Simpsons on here imo.
Wasnt the Futurama crossover considered good just a few months ago? I loved it at least. This fanbase really flip flops on it's opinion of things.
I actually like her as much as the reviewer does. And she does give credit to Eric Andre as well.
