That photographer's work was 3/4 of the way done from the get go.  When an oily fat guy in an ill fitting and yet somehow expensive looking suit sporting a ponytail/goatee combo shows up to your studio you hardly need to coax him into gracing your lens with the very picture of obnoxiousness.
