Does anyone here remember the horrorcore trend that started back in the mid-nineties? You know, the Gravediggaz? Anyway, that was somewhat of a low point in hip hop. Odd Future sounds similar.

Hasn't this movie been preserved by the Natl. Film Registry?
If not, all films on that list should be banned from remakes. When you can hit a melting man with your car and he explodes into juice, it must be preserved.

The apartment may be drab, bu the story is not.
Based on this review, I'm not sold on the idea that the movie is ineffective, especially when you have a clear understanding of the themes. What I don't understand is your obsession with the apartment.
