Agreed. I've had my days where I have to make $15 worth of groceries last a few days. Rice and beans is a great option. Yams are very cheap and very filling. I also find ground beef/turkey/pork or whatever is cheapest is good for pasta and it lasts a long time. Just add the can of tomatoes and you're good for a while.…
