is it primarily non-book readers theorizing that bran is the cause of aerys' madness? i feel like martin has been pretty clear that targaryens are about 50/50 great/crazy, due mostly, i assume, to their predilection for inbreeding.

yeah, "something".

i've watched the theon scenes in that episode (#7, right?) twice now, and never saw a guy getting arrested.  theon beats up a guard, takes the dogs hunting, and then they're at the farmhouse.  the only other time he shows up is right at the end when he displays the burned bodies.

interesting last name.  does anyone remember the backstory for the westerlings, that includes the information that jeyne's grandmother (great-grandmother?) was a maegi?  i always wondered if she was meant to be maggy the frog, cersei's droopy-titted fortune-teller.

there is actually a feature-length documentary on the descendents/ALL currently filming. i think i'll watch that instead.

Bill Motherfuckin' Nighy.

Zarf!

av club must be trimming the fat. next thing, you'll be telling me that they make you do your own research, instead of having some hot 17-year old piece of intern ass do it for you.

seriously, though, that's a pretty bad 'shop job. was your graphic designer snowed in today?
