It's wasn't classist or appaling - it was a semi-natural reaction to seeing someone you hold in esteem (like say, the person you're entrusting your mentail health to) no longer in a familiar position of authority. It could've made for a hilarious premise - but I thought the route they took was rather weak.

I watched Ben & Kate based on the AV club "bump."  It was pretty terrible I thought, very lame and sitcom-y, not in a good way. The character of Ben was not at all funny. Nor was the slutty brit, the precocious child, or the black guy. Kate was kinda cute. It all felt like a retread.

Does anyone have a quick rundown of all the straight to DVD DC animated universe movies? I know I've seen a few - but it seems like they release a lot of them, and I haven't kept up.
