Nurse Jackie was my fourth or fifth best show of the year, and no previous season was even in my ten. It was a near great offering. Also, it gave up pretending to be funny, which sorta helped.

Strangely enough, the ending is the only thing I really like about this episode.

It blew me away when I first saw it, but that ending hasn't aged well (that can really be said about a lot of the series). I think it's mainly due to the song they used in that montage. FNL definitely did that in the future montage better.

I'm in. I just can't dismiss a show that had a near great season and a 1/2. Plus, I always figured Homeland post season one would have great peaks and valleys.
