Scribblenauts is the first thing I thought of. Amazing concept for a game, caused the whole gaming world's heads to asplode with excitement and possibilities, but then you play the game and it's so overwhelmingly MEH.

You know what? The fact that Corgan's lyrics are so undeniably bad (seriously, I don't think anyone would argue the point at all), and most of the people in this thread STILL make the argument that Siamese Dream beats Nevermind, just points to Siamese Dream's musical superiority. The music is just THAT GOOD.

Community does that "yae yaeeeeeee" inflection so well. It's been used at least 4 different times that I can think of, and it's always been hilarious.
