I just pretend that the last four seasons of Dexter doesn't exist, and in my reality the show ends with him cradling his child, covered in his murdered wife's blood, and that's that.

This sort of happened to me - I lucked in to tv production by getting a job on the first series of the UK Big Brother, and managed to get a few other roles in reality tv after that. But then I joined a fledgling tv channel, stayed there for 18 months, it all went horribly wrong and I haven't worked in the industry

I gave up on the show during the first season after seven episodes as I found Phil to be just too unlikeable, but after reading a couple of reviews here I gave the second season a chance and I'm really glad I did. They've toned down and humanised Phil a lot more, whilst the plot lines have moved along at a nice rate

He says "Meowmeowmeowbrrrrrrrrmeowmeowmeow."

Mike, just for the record, Charlie Says "Never go anywhere with men or ladies you don't know," and "Always tell your mummy before you go off somewhere so she knows who you are with."

I know a lot of other people who feel the same way too, it really was a little gem of a series.

I agree, she was superb in it, and given how little she did frustrated enormously. If there is a second season I really hope they recognise this, or if not someone gives her her own show asap.

God I miss the Vertigo version of Constantine. I first bought it in my teens and loved that the character was ageing at roughly the same rate that I was, it added so much depth to it all, even if the quality of the writers / stories dipped now and again. I'd really love it if one day he is brought back, and *SPOILER*

I'm no fan of the character but I thought Jay was particularly cruel to Manny throughout this episode, I know their culture clash is a running joke but a lot of the comments really crossed the line, Manny would have been fully in his right to tell Jay to go **** himself.

I got Ricky Gervais once. I almost hit the guy, and I'm not a violent man, indeed it would have been the first punch I'd thrown as a 41 year old adult. But he'd have deserved it. No one needs to be that cruel.

Aw, I liked "It's Kevin", it was patchy in places but a lot of fun in others. I was lucky enough to see him doing stand up recently too and thought he was pretty superb, so I hope he's given another chance somewhere down the line.

Ha, I was just about to post exactly the same thing!

As others have mentioned this, and the About A Boy soundtrack, were really great albums but I can't enjoy them any more as I've seen him live a few times and at each gig he was an absolute shitheel, insulting the audience for not adoring him enough, and being an arrogant twat in other ways.

Absolutely, I loved The Delgado's to pieces and that really is their best album, which I still play regularly today.

I just tried to upvote Sarah Silverman's comments there.

In Jim Belushi form!

I'm the same, I don't bother with any films that are going to get a mainstream release as it's a waste of money, but instead see the other, smaller movies that I'd otherwise have to wait for an appearance online.

Because I am very, very tired, and very, very stoned, I first thought that this meant there was going to be a sequel to "Daddy's Boy" and got briefly excited.

The amount of articles now up on the site about Prince seems a bit tasteless, people are grieving and it feels a bit exploitative and click bait-y.

Living in the UK I have to legally stress that I of course only watch certain programmes stoned when I visit Amsterdam, which I've definitely been to despite what my passport says, it's a long story. But anyway, on those occasions I've always enjoyed the way Spaced deals with the subject, it's a shame certain other UK
