Plus it has asbestos. People are oddly against that these days.

I'm a bit confused as I was 16 when Burton's first Batman was released and it was wildly acclaimed for it's vision and take on the character. The second slightly less so, but it was still a critical hit.
I thought it was a mixed bag as well, it had the potential to be great but ultimately disappointed, and the finale was all a bit ridiculous. There were some good things about it, Olivia Colman was absolutely superb and easily the best thing about it, but Laurie, despite glaring a lot, came across as too trusting and…
That has to be the next step. Cyborg Tyrannosaurus Rex's whose A.I. evolves to the point they wish to wipe out humanity and take their rightful place on earth. Which they then do, but *SPOILERS* the jokes on them as their tiny rubbish hands can't replicate the cyborg technology, so their savage offspring eventually…
That's very true, I imagine right now they're going to throw a shedload of money at the new Batman movie hoping that can reinvigorate the universe.
I agree it's disappointing but there's still dvd and blu-ray sales, tv and streaming rights, and all of those sort of things which will improve it's overall profit status.
That's good to hear. As much as I loved the finale, I'd love for an occasional special, even if it was just every five years or so with an update on how everything's changed since.
Just Falcon. It will lead to much bemusement but through it you'll find the love of your life.
So many people have said the same to me. Maybe it's time for a Just Falcon spin-off show. Indeed it's definitely time!
Thank you so much for them, the first thing I do after watching the show is to head to the AV Club to read them, and they've almost always summed up perfectly why I love the show so much. It's such a shame the show's now over, but at least it went out on a brilliant high.
I've not read No Mercy yet (though plan to now), but damn, this review makes it sound like an absolutely superb book and a very insightful look in to such a situation.
He is still cool. Just cool and presumably broke.
For Krasinski, the idea of playing a character who shows up for work and witnesses a series of ridiculous/bizarre things should feel familiar, since he recently filmed a movie with Michael Bay.
I like the film and am glad he did make it, but I still have no sympathy! Mainly as I'm still so bitter I had to sell off my whole collection and will never get over it! Ever!
"Kevin Smith sold his comic-book collection to help pay for Clerks (and if you know anything about Kevin Smith, you know that must have been hard for him)." - I sold my collection to pay my rent and be able to eat as I'd broken my leg and lost my job, so yeah, I'm struggling to have any sympathy for him there.
I thought the same thing, but yeah, no complaints here, and thanks for another superb interview Will.
Thanks for that, it's really appreciated - as someone who had a similar experience to Rae in my teenage years (complete with a stay in a psychiatric hospital, though I had a better time of it there than she did) it was a series I found really affecting, and it's disappointing to hear it went off the rails somewhat. I…
Any chance of expanding on that? I've seen the first two but yet to watch the third…
I absolutely adore Detectorists as well, it's so gentle and sweet but still very very funny. It's oddly relaxing too, my other half describes watching an episode as being akin to taking a short weekend break in the countryside!
On behalf of all my fellow countrymen I would like to apologise for this. There's no excuses. We simply should not allowed it to have happened.
