In a interview a while back, comedian Doug Stanhope admitted to hunting down the singer's guy agent and contacting him about a potential job. Making hollandaise from scratch is damn near a  two person job. When I worked in a kitchen at a white linen restaurant when I was in college, it always took two of us to get it right.  One to stir while the other poured in the butter.
