Okay, another one I used a few years back. Get a cheap and tacky, short sleeve button up, a wife beater, a stocking, and a pack of Huggies and go as H.I. Mcdunnough. I had a beard that I shaved and left the mustache, but there are plenty of cheap fake mustaches to have if you don't have that option.
