1) Porterhouse on the bone is not really a power lunch, it's a heavy meal. Points for Amanda for recognizing this.

ad copy
I thought the ad copy read "So well constructed, we DON"T NEED to show you the second floor" … not, "we CAN'T" show you.
Don't forget Betty's dalliance with the washing machine. VRMMMMMMMM!
favorite padma moment
Props to the comment about Padma's romper outfit showing off her legs. Padma has been in top form all season so far.
You make a great point about Kelly Liken.
She had to name it Restaurant Kelly Liken because he first choice, Kelly Liken's Restaurant, was taken. Taken by her, Kelly Liken, for her other restaurant.
Devastating takedown
Steve, Nice job. This show is so bad. If it were longer than 22 minutes I would not waste my time. Those girls kissing was pretty worth it though.
I think Stars are pretty under-rated, much better than a "one song" band. Though they come across as theatrical, their strength lies in the nuances that exist in-between the obvious drama. Their albums tend to be cohesive statements that reward long listens. They are not a singles band, so counting their "hit" songs…
For the record Tasha was answering the question of a poster who named themselves "Question". She wasn't asking a question.
How about Zach Adackadoodackadoodlydoo?
You don't go against policy.
Let me first say I -totally- agree about the Sayid/Nadia/Shannon thing.
Retro you crack me up. You hated the male lead and female lead in a show you watched regularly.
So you thought the finale would shed light on all that?
I think the finale was satisfying in its own way - emotionally first and foremost, secondly a plot that mostly made sense taking us from point a to b and tying up enough loose threads in order to consider the story over with.
Jack's ex wife took everything in the divorce and all he can afford is…
"We're an autonomous collective!"
I see what you're saying. Inigo is to Ben as Patankin is to Widmore. Patankin had 6 fingers, so clearly Widmore has only 4 toes and was the inspiration for the statue. Another mystery solved, thanks, Doc!
How dare you, The Stand was awesome.
Def. agree with the Col. here, and further, I think the scene you are talking about is when MiB and Jacob establish their game and the rules. I wonder if we will see it coming up, actually.
