Chris Pratt would've pulled off Eric way more convincingly than Pine as far as what the tone of WHAS calls for. A beaten down Andy Dwyer would have fit so well.

This is correct. Legally, he could represent them, but he is a transactional lawyer, not a litigator, so in theory the guys are better off going against Hooli's team if they have a lawyer who is experienced in that setting.
