It wasn't Holden's plan to use the ship as battering ram, it was Miller's plan.

The name of this episode easily could have been "A Time for Wolves". I understand why GRRM changed the name of the last book so as not to have the "Return of the King' spoilerific title, but I just thing the "Wolves" title is so badass. I hope there actually is a future episode named that.

Because his niece and nephew are sailing back with his "bride" and her 3 dragons and they sure aren't making wedding plans for him.

I'm imagining Cersei marrying Euron Greyjoy since she officially has two great Houses against her in the North and FOUR sailing towards her in the South. She needs allies but that could unleash the Valonqar.

If Sansa ends up listening to LF and tries to take over the North, we may see Arya show up with Needle and say, "Never go against the Family, Sansa. Never"

That last look he gave her made me say out loud, "Valonqar"

That little girl is officially a national treasure.

Arya obviously learned some baking skills from Hot Pie.

I had tears well up in my eyes twice this season: First was "Hold the Door" and second was tonight when Dany named Tyrion Hand of the Queen. That was so heartwarming.

Cersei has 2 great Houses aligned against her in the North (though LF and Sansa may foul things up) and 4 great Houses aligned in the South. Next season= "And so she spoke, and so she spoke, that Queen of Lannister, but now the rains weep o'er her halls and not a soul to hear"

My first thought at that ending was Scarface, "Every dog has it's day".

Hodor had the best "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!" since Gandalf.
