Themes is a classic in my book. That and the full final released BR soundtrack are classics.

The final released score (with extended versions) is really amazing. I love Vangelis.

"Better (and cheaper) yet, just ask for an extra plate and share what you’re eating with your kid."

This is the girl…

There's a palpable *mood* to those films (Planet and Beneath) that most directors/cinematographers rarely achieve today. (I am thinking of Zardoz and Logan's Run as well.)

I must have been a weird kid then because I was totally entranced by Beneath. Those decayed NYC underground sets really captured my imagination for the end of things.

+10!!

From my recollection, Ace hated I Was Made For Lovin' You because the disco guitar rhythm hurt his arm to play.

Keep your stupid opinions in your pocket!!

Invoking Prince makes you old? I must be a literal dinosaur then. My blood turned into fossil fuels long ago because I still have Controversy on my iPod and Pandora playlists.

Saw him couple of years ago and yes, he still seems irritated to be playing that same song. But it was a good performance.

Warning! Do NOT try this!

STOP IT!!!

Hey, I really like The Guess Who.

Quetzalcoatl was in Monster Manual 2 right? Or did he make into Deities and Demigods? I can't remember.

I can't help but read that quote with all rolled Rs. It's wonderful.

A close sibling to Hendricks as measured by lightness and ease is Bluecoat. Great for the beginner or vodka snob who tastes gin as an adulterated alcohol, rather than a carefully crafted intentional flavor.

My friends and I regularly do that check-chest-pat thing at sushi restaurants. That is a great short film.

I haven't read Silence but certainly Mann's Manhunter is a much more impressive experience than Red Dragon the book.
