I'm half thinking that they will separate Wells from Thawne with some sort of tech. He stole Wells' body, but perhaps his mind came in the transfer as well, similar to Fire Storm. Thawne needed Wells' mind to build the particle accelarator, but he is "in charge" almost entirely somehow. Or maybe the real Wells' comes…

I totally agree! They try to do so much with her hair and makeup when they have her in formal wear scenes.

Alfie has hinted at it and so has Sophie in her "most traumatic scene."

Best Episode of the Season thus far! I think it needed a bit more Jon though, but that seems to be coming.
