Really. I figured that the only gay aspect of it would be that, with gay geeks, mostly geek cred trumps gay cred. So, Quinto doesn't get gay bonus points for being an inferior Spock.

Showgirls is my favorite movie. People who know me realize I love it unironically for ironic reasons. Some still rag on it, but they know that they love movies that I consider to be average and boring.
I haven't seen Nightwatching, but I was grateful for the chance to see the companion piece Rembrandt's J'Accuse at SIFF, and it was fantabulous. Its a dissection of J'Accuse that is mostly theory and guessing, part documentary, and part "Is he fucking with me?" I think it's disc 2 of the dvd.
Regarding Michael C:
True, it was Ben Kingsley. I keep getting those two mixed up when Mr. Stewart isn't in his Star Trek mode.
I'd also take Chris March. Those human hair dresses were fabulous.
OK, first off…OMG. No more John Teti?! SAD. Really really sad. Your reviews of last season were spot on and hilarious. When you were gone, you were sorely missed because of your incisively cutting wit.
First, either you or I must have had a shitty projector. Because everything was coated in a swath of Orange. At times, I worried that Patrick Stewart was hanging out with the Jersey Shore crowd. Or got caught in some sort of tanning bed accident. And, the teals or blues were still really really strong. You may have…
It had some elements of everything from 1920s up to Sunset Blvd with a musical cue coming from Vertigi (WTF?!!?).
Three words: Teal and Orange.
So, basically…cry cry cry be moved…and something kind of not cliche.
Louis the Intern wouldn't be a bad Big Bad…but he'd be too much like Colin Hanks. Pasty thin tall introvert-esque guys who may or may not be able to act. Though, I'd prefer to see Louis more often than Colin. Can we have him doing cult ritual murders?
@avclub-d783823cc6284b929c2cd8df2167d212:disqus Actually, Lundy got shot AFTER she dumped Anton. I was talking about how Lundy ended rather suddenly the first time. "Ooop, the butcher is gone…guess it's time to go to another city." Then, came Anton. Then, Lundy comes back for Trinity and gets shot. Then came the…
That's one of my theories. As I said, very Hitchcock.
Oh, right. My bad. She seems young enough to be his daughter. Or, he seems old enough to be her father.
OY. I do hope there was a stomach pump on hand…
I've seen S4 ragged on as much as praised…
Jurassic Park 2? AND 3? I'm glad drinking was involved…
Didn't she ditch out or something in the final episode? Kind of like "I can't deal with you anymore." Or, maybe she came back and then the same thing happened in the in between seasons.
I keep trying to forget about the dead call girl. I think that Matthews wanted out of the show and didn't tell anybody until mid-season, and they were like…"Oh, fuck. Now what do we do." And, so, they shat out a stupid call girl plot.
