This might be why I prefer the Tomb Raider reboot to the Uncharted games.

That's a good policy to have honestly. It seems like video games are some of the most likely Kickstarters to be heavily delayed or outright cancelled. I've backed a few in the past couple years and still only have one game to show for it (Shovel Knight, which was totally worth it).

Uh, this isn't PS4 exclusive. It's coming to Steam too and I doubt this is the type of game that will require a serious gaming PC to play.
