ESPN screened this in Raleigh earlier this week, so a lot of people have already seen it.

It was definitely unusual, but I really enjoyed it. Julian and co. looked like they were having a lot of fun, too.  Not bad for my first trip to 40 Watt.

I saw Jeff Mangum on Thursday, and he was absolutely amazing.  Talked to some great people, too, which is always nice.  It was a good complement to the Music Tapes show I went to earlier this week, which was completely insane, but in the best way possible.  It was a good Elephant 6 week.

I went to school in the South (NC), and one of the only things I didn't take issue with was the teaching of evolution. Our teacher did a pretty good job of separating it from religion entirely.
