I was divorced AND pregnant with my first child with my second husband.
It is really Stephen's fault.
Perhaps it will be this season's version of the Lindsey quit; with Josh and Reed both becoming "island hot" it will be too much temptation for them to endure, so Reed will be forced to quit in order for them to remain abstinent until marriage.
Great podcast! I thought Andy's idea as to why Drew didn't trust Kelly was very insightful. Also, when you mentioned me by screen name you made my daughter's day. (Well, it would have made her day if it weren't the same day as the Harry Potter festival, but she was pretty excited.)
Very cool! I haven't gotten around to the podcast yet this season, I guess that changes now.
I love Penner, he is surprisingly bad at Survivor, but he is funny, and interesting and insightful and he gives Probst crap, so between that and his blue, blue eyes I'll watch him anytime.
Aras said last week that he is done, but new Dad Vytas wants a spot.
No, it wasn't on Know It Alls, it was the Penner interview. He had some great stories about Probst losing it in that same interview.
He really shouldn't have thrown the fridge in the volcano, either. They could have used it to cool their beverages.
I don't think someone can qualify as "harmless" when they single-handedly threw a challenge, unilaterally decided who to vote for and then refused to listen to anyone else's thoughts about who to vote out. I think this was an example of cutting out the cancer.
Names, we want names!
That move was a bridge too far for me.
Boston Rob, for all his "I'm smarter than these bozos" glory hogging, is still a strong narrator, that was the only thing that saved RI for me.
You're right. I blocked out the memory of Somoa. I would never even consider a re-watch of that season.
I disagree that Nicaragua is the worst. It's a bad season, no question, but I would argue that Gabon is worse.
Would I be outing myself as an intervention worthy Survivor addict to admit that I re-watched Nicaragua while Caramoan was airing because I was so confused by Brenda's invisible edit her second time around that I felt compelled to look back on the narrative of her first edit?
My question is did he get the biggest douchebaggery edit in the history of Survivor?
She was the best player of the night, but (insert analogy here of the land of the in which everyone is completely devoid of some quality that the one person who has even a little bit of said quality seems to have a great quantity of said quality.)
I didn't read it as his feeling untouchable, I think he really felt betrayed and, as such, he reacted emotionally rather than strategically. Which, of course, is never a good thing but at least he didn't cast the emotional vote.
