This was my first season doing Survivor Fantasy League and it absolutely made me not only root for Tasha more than I would have in an un-Leagued season, I also had much more fun watching having the Fantasy League investment (even while perpetually kicking myself for choosing Sarah over Tony despite my own better

The kids I deal with aren't little anymore, so it's a little easier to find them to be intolerable on their own merits.

I am old and every week one of my friends has a story about dog diarrhea, dog puke, or a dog having a ruptured anal sac and I am reminded that I am so glad that I don't have a god damned dog.

I used to think that I liked kids, and I do like my kids and most of their friends, but dealing with kids in general you realize that they are pretty much assholes.

I said before that I see NPD with Kass, she loses it when she feels like she isn't getting adequate respect/attention/power, that kind of fragility seems more in line with Narcissistic Personality Disorder than Sociopathic. But overall I agree, once you've had to deal with these types of people in your life you can

If you watch the secret scenes and listen to the post boot interviews it is pretty clear that Kass has major problems playing well with others.

How the jury feels about Tony is absolutely the biggest question mark right now. If Woo could pull off a Fabio style Final Tribal Council performance I think he could do well, but since he seems to freeze up in the strategy conversations I think it will take an overwhelming amount of ill will against Tony for him to

He is really likable, and funny, but I don't see him having a passable jury performance.

I know exactly how good he'd be giving that speech.

That's my bet.

You think you're disappointed, my fantasy league dreams were snuffed out along with her torch. Now all I have left is Woo.

Very true, the craziest part is that, unlike Russell Hantz, she doesn't dismiss the social game, she just has no comprehension of how much she is disliked. My favorite quote from what Carrie wrote above:
The best thing about this episode, though (and by best I mean most hilarious) is that it’s very obvious Kass is

No one on the island can stand her?

When you had a cold a few weeks back I thought you sounded just like Seth Rogen.

They show up on Amazon the next day, but if you get a digital antennae you get network shows for free without cable.

Let's go for best friends unless a miracle knocks out Tony without a massive additional point accumulation and we end up having to throw down to see which one of us claws our way into the Champion's League.

I just looked it up, and you're right, James never won immunity. But Russell Hantz won three times (over two times playing post-merge), not a challenge monster, but a respectable showing. Man, I do hate giving Russell credit for anything, though.

Hmm, this seems like this could be an interesting sociology grad school paper for someone, how prejudices affect perceptions of players. Another example is how Asian women are so often labeled as "sneaky" or overly "bossy" on the show and eliminated or marginalized early on (except in Survivor Race Wars).

I think it was an absolutely a misogynistic comment, the question is if the comment was rooted in misogyny or ignorance. Since he is young and arrogant I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume the latter.

Which is ironic, because while the big, brawny guys are great assets in team challenges, when has a big, brawny guy ever dominated in individual immunity challenges? Tom Westman and Terry Deitz obviously dominated, but physically I see them more as older versions of Ozzy or Woo (that is the Woo I imagined when I chose
