Um, no.

Speaking of Elbow . . . the first time I heard "Grounds for Divorce," I swore it was Gabriel.  Seems only natural, then, for them to appear on this.

It's not hate for me.  I'm with Christgau, though, in that I just think they're not all there.  I had a friend in college who played their live album to death, specifically "Seven Bridges Road".  He thought it the best use of harmony in all of music.  I protested that the album itself was an example of overprocessed

Alfie bits.  We hardly knew ye.

Both are in my hall of fame.  I'm North Adams-bound on the 22nd, for damn sure.

Kazakh Style!  Very nice!

Are those typewriters in the chorus of "Dirty Laundry"?

I thought I saw Perry Farrell in that crowd scene.

Pete & Peggy had a chucklefest last night.  They weren't on their way above the Wall, so they could afford to.

And "This Tornado Loves You" is no slouch, neither.

Pete, of all people, belittling Joan's attempts with Avon with the unnecessary reminding of sleeping with JagOff guy.  He pimped that!  He really is grimy.  Can we get the ghost of Lane to appear, so that some more face-punching can happen?
