I mixed and matched GI Joe body parts to make weird Frankensteins-monster-type GI Joes.

"Flip this thing around. Let's say the finale was the pilot, and the rest
of the series was going back and telling these stories."
Yes. The chase scene involving Dash, especially when he figures out he can run on water and chuckles to himself, never fails to make me smile.
I think mine was "Blood on the Pavement" in mid-90s Illinois. My drivers ed teacher loved showing it, too. It was the day he most looked forward to in the whole class.
"So you see, Lisa, even God Himself endorses Whacking Day."
"Let me see that."
"…no."
Guy totally fudged the recipe though. He used a toaster waffle instead of making itself, and caramel syrup instead of cubes.
@avclub-cf50b28ef624912ff106c57ca9be41dc:disqus , one reason was supposedly that the RTD-era Daleks were designed to match Billie Piper's eyeline but looked shorter against Karen Gillan, Matt Smith, or anyone else.
Just like the gypsy lady said!
The answer is Archibald Leach, Bernard Schwartz and Lucille LeSueur.
It's always stuck in the shape of a blue box.
Kamelion? I'm sure you have your reasons, but they left him out of stories without even bothering to explain his absence. At least K-9 got excuses like mechanical problems or staying behind to watch the TARDIS.

I don't know that Donna got shafted so much, as her character arc and significance was a pretty major part of that season. I do agree that Rose's return overshadowed a lot of the final few episodes though.
The only time I can think of when there was no female companion was after Romana left. I think Nyssa was introduced in the next story but didn't join the Doctor and Adric till the story after that, along with Tegan.
"Widely regarded" by who? (no pun intended.) Rose-Tenth Doctor Internet shippers?
She's my favorite of the new series companions, or at least was the best written, given more to do than pine over the Doctor and bat her eyes at him, as mentioned above.
Glenn and Maggie went to the pharmacy to get morning-after pills for Lori. Wouldn't call it awesome though.
Another goof: People don't reanimate and walk around after they die.
Naked zombies would be logical, but also insanely distracting and/or ridiculous in a tv show.
Mawp. Mawp. Mawwwwp.
Water from the zombie well was only for livestock.
I heard it as a poorly mixed gunshot.
