The Trail of Tears was mentioned, but it was a pretty quick passing reference.

I thought the time travel episode was set in the Cold War, and Topanga was a greaser thug

Hey Camp Nowhere is always a big deal, despite having the Keeg in it.

I got to have that exact same experience, and it was wonderful. College crowd, before hitting the bar, half of them probably stoned. I don't think I've ever heard an audience laugh so hard.

I think seasons 3-7 are probably the golden age, with season 5 being my personal favorite. But it's hard to determine just one golden age for the show. As much as I've become kind of blase about it, it's hard to beat a show that uses songs like "Me & Cthulu"

Season 2 is the first time I remember it. But, oh those glances after each touch. Crack me up every time.
What would be the opposite of gratuitous? Awesomeness-ous?
I've always thought Chase was kind of a douche, but let's face it: he's Chevy Chase. He says things others won't. That has value.
I would absolutely subscribe to Britta Unfiltered.
Also, I don't believe I've ever been more saddened by the natural crumbling of a friendship.
"That's me! But where did I get all that money?" Jim Rash is both a delight at weddings and on this show.
I wish this show could be as good as the comics. That scene of Carl killing Shane was played perfectly in the comics, and let to Carl becoming an interesting character, with trying to grow into a good man and a person that can survive in this world. Kirkman knows how to tell comic stories well. Even when it's 3…
