It's mostly great, but a couple of the stories forget to push past their quirky premises and come across as weirdness for the sake of it. "Rules for Antarctic Tailgating" in particular felt half-formed; the initial idea is clever, but there's no emotional underpinnings to sustain it beyond the surface-level gimmick.

Indeed it does. The fifth season is one of my favorites of the whole run.
