Don wasn't seriously saying that, he was just exaggerating a piece of real biographical information so the madam would leave him alone. Plus it sounds cooler than saying "my mother was a whore."

Harlan Roulette is pretty interesting looking back, knowing where Quarles's arc went. It was only the third episode and we are supposed to think of him as a potential big bad who can take over Harlan because he is connected, organized, and just neutralized the Dixie mafia.
Not that I want Chevy to leave the show, but if he does couldn't that actually help the chances of renewal? Simply based on history and star power I would imagine that Chevy is one of the highest paid actors on the show. Take him off and the show becomes cheaper to produce. It's not like his presence is drawing in a…
Is it that Joffrey was specifically having all of Robert's bastards killed (and if so, how did he find them all, and so fast) or that he made a blanket order to have every bastard in King's Landing killed?
Well that may be the answer to life the universe and everything. But what is the question?
Very good album, but I thought it was on the weak side for Bird. Too many chill songs that tend to meander, not enough songs that really moved and grooved. Still gave it a B+, I just have high standards when it comes to Mr Bird.
Right. Silly me, my mistake.
Todd said that if this article doesn't reach 10,000 comments that he doesn't understand life anymore. If it reaches 30,000 does that mean that he now understands life the universe and everything?
Apparently writing time travel is really hard. But comas? Piece of cake.
It would have been cool if they casted Samuel L. Jackson as Mr. Orange considering how he auditioned for the part back in the day. Reportedly Tarantino liked him so much that even though he gave the part to Tim Roth, he basically taylor wrote Jules with Jackson in mind when working on Pulp Fiction. Plus it would be…
He wasn't. But it doesn't matter, that moment is priceless. Made even better in the tag when Kramer asks him if he'd seen the fireball.
I was wondering where the McPoyles were too. With all the character call backs it seems logical that they would show up. I have a feeling like they were saving them for next week as to not overload part 1.
Completely agree. Knowing Brett wrote a lot of the songs for the movie, when Man or Muppet came on I was thinking to myself that it was pure Flight of the Conchords.
No love for March of the Wooden Soldiers? I used to watch that movie every Thanksgiving with my brother. Staple of my childhood right there. They still show it on Thanksgiving, right?
You bring up a good point. At least Long Island isn't Canada. Thanks for giving me some perspective.
Although I was pretty stoked about the name drop.
I agree. I could care less who the mother is at this point. I pretty much just consider this show to be a very good hang-out sitcom at this point.
I'm from East Meadow and have got to say, Lilly and Marshall totally should not move there. This town sucks. So does the rest of Long Island for that matter.
That's gold Jerry! Gold!
There aren't any times listed for when they would go on yet. Is it reasonable to assume 8? The closest show to me is St. Louis, which is 3 hours away, and I have class till 4:15 on Fridays next semester.
