Isn't 'Mee-Maw' Maura, not Colton's adoptive mother? That's how Gene refers to her, and Maura awkwardly confirms. Doesn't really affect the substance of the review, but since it's the episode title I imagine it's important on some level.

I am hardly the only person who is annoyed by the use of the word "Verse" instead of "versus."  http://grammar.quickanddirt… Maybe it was used in the 80's, as this link seems to also confirm, but I find it hard to believe it was used in the 60's.  And I prefaced my whole comment by saying I knew it sounded picky :-)

This may sound a little picky, but I know Weiner is normal so pedantic about ensuring the accuracy of words used in his shows:  I'm positive that new annoying guy who talked up Don in the elevator with the coffee used the word "verse" instead of "versus" when talking about (I think it was) the Cotton Bowl.  I cannot…

Did anyone else notice this:  when Alicia compliments Peter and Eli on how nice they look, they are both like "what?  why?"  But when she compliments Will, he just says "thanks."  I'm not sure exactly what that means - just noticed it and thought they were making a distinction of some sort.

Alicia's comment was based on the fact that Maddie immediately jumped to the conclusion that Alicia was only talking to her to try to shake her nerves prior to the debate, and completely ignoring the fact that they were supposedly friends.
