I couldnt believe how outraged Meg was that she got fired. In the short stay at her new job she was ostensibly the worst employee on TV. Now three episodes in, and still havent felt the hook. The first season worked because the flash forward kept you interested despite slow pacing - and it felt like an over indulgent soap opera. At the moment the Kesslers keep trying to use smash to black hooks for moments that we arent really invested in.
