I'm just gonna sit at home all weekend with my record player coz I'm cool.

Despite some premature reservations, I'm actually digging Mew's new album. They're always a fun listen because repeat listens reveal undiscovered layers.

"Charlotte Sometimes" has to be one of my favorite songs by them.

Mew has a new album out tomorrow.

Everybody I know can be found here…

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Superman Returns. Total shitshow. So boring. I remember my brother and I looking at each other like, "Is this over yet???"

Riggs had more chemistry with the flight attendant in 1 episode than he's had with Meredith in 1.5 seasons.

I wish more people knew/appreciated Holy Wave. Relax is a great album.

A true blessing.

That ship has sailed. They don't even have chemistry. Move on, dude.

Cheryl is life.

I probably listen to In Rainbows the most. Kid A is probably my favorite because of nostalgia and where I was in my life when it first came out.

What am I missing here? I love Radiohead, but I found AMSP to be…boring? Lifeless? "Daydreaming" is a phenomenal track, and I'm partial to "Decks Dark" as well. But everything else, including "True Love Waits", is pretty forgettable. I mean, I feel feelings. Sometimes.

I'll chime in and say I've enjoyed the series a lot, as well. A cool team and as mentioned, the art is great, too.

Yeah, that felt utterly pointless and mean-spirited, which seems to be Marvel's thing these days. Hopefully, as someone mentioned below, it was a dupe.

I think she's going to be on the new Astonishing team.

Apparently, the O5 can't go back to their timeline, but they need to go somewhere. It was an interesting idea at first, but like a lot of the ideas presented during Bendis's run, it's petered out into nothing. They seem to irritate most longtime X-fans, so really, why insist on keeping them? Since they've been on the

World Eater is the best album so far this year.

At work this week, I listened to Laika from Turnip King, Soviet Soviet's Endless, Tamaryn - Tender New Signs, the Soft Kill album Choke, and the new Real Estate.
